INTERESTED IN EMPLOYMENT
Brownstone hires Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in CILA residential settings with clients.
Brownstone offers paid DSP, first aide & CPR training upon hiring:
Individuals that work well within team settings, are reliable and have the ability to multitask with efficiency and leadership are ideal candidates.
EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass fingerprint and back ground check
- Driver’s license preferred
- Basic literacy test (TABE)
- Complete on the job DSP Training
- Complete medication training
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to follow-routines, training and goals specific to each individuals need.
- First-aide / CPR (will provide training)
- Flexibility to work 24hr (sleep) shifts
- Private staff rooms for sleep shifts.
- ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
